Stephanie Stevens-Khan, known as “SSK,” founded SSK Notary Services, LLC with a simple but powerful belief: when people are navigating important life and business decisions, they deserve clarity, confidence, and someone they can trust. As Founder and Chief Notary Officer™, she leads a Waukesha, Wisconsin–headquartered mobile and Remote Online Notary practice grounded in the values of integrity, empowerment, accessibility, and trust. Stephanie specializes in Apostille and international document authentication services, estate planning documents such as Wills and Trusts, and real estate transactions where precision and discretion matter most. Whether serving clients at their kitchen table, in a corporate office, or securely online across the globe, she ensures every signing experience reflects professionalism, care, and excellence beyond the stamp. 

With over a decade of experience in banking—including retail leadership, sales, loan and mortgage operations, and business banking—Stephanie developed a deep understanding of financial systems, compliance, and the responsibility that comes with handling high-stakes transactions. But beyond technical expertise, she recognized something greater: people navigating significant life decisions needed not just efficiency, but guidance and reassurance. Choosing to step into entrepreneurship, she built SSK Notary Services to blend structured expertise with personalized, relationship-driven service—ensuring every client feels informed, respected, and fully supported. 

That same commitment to professionalism and empowerment extends beyond her business. As President and Chair of Notaries of Wisconsin, Stephanie leads statewide initiatives focused on continuing education, mentorship, and strengthening professional standards within the notary community. She believes excellence in this industry requires both competence and connection, and she is passionate about creating spaces where notaries feel supported, informed, and equipped to grow. Through strategic leadership and community-building efforts, she is helping redefine what it means to serve as a notary in Wisconsin and beyond.
